In the run up to this event we were  lucky enough to be sponsored by H18 OOR, which stands for Off Road Running, so we donned our newly printed miHealth tees and hit the trail.

According to Paul’s phone we covered about  8 miles in the three hours we were out for. We were all a little stiff yesterday! ‘After Sport’ required!
